What do I do if my child can no longer attend?

Prior to registrations closing, you can contact any Council sport or recreation team at https://growingforgold.tidyhq.com/public/contact_us with the participant’s name and details of the session you would like to cancel. If this is after registrations close or on the day of the event, please advise the club directly.
Does a parent/guardian need to be present during the sessions?

For the safety and well-being of the participants, it is necessary that a parent/guardian remains with them during the event. Your presence is crucial in ensuring a positive and safe experience.
Are there sports available that are friendly to physical or mental impairments?

The availability of para-sports or sports inclusive of physical and mental impairments depends on which clubs register for our program and the sessions they choose to offer for inclusivity.
How long are the sessions?

Session lengths vary based on the club hosting them, typically ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours
How do I receive the Intersport, SHANX Mini Golf, and Waterworld vouchers?

If you sign up to a participating Growing for Gold club after the program concludes, you'll receive the Intersport, SHANX Mini Golf, and Waterworld vouchers. As the program facilitates sports that run during the summer and winter seasons, participants will be eligible if they sign up by March 1 2025
